You can visit places like the Bargello´s National Museum, which is located in the ancient Podestà Palace of Florence and is dedicated to the Middle Ages and Renaissance art. Inside the Palace we can find some of the most important renaissance scultures, among with the master pieces of Donatello, Michelangelo, Cellini, and other artists. The museum has been enriched with beautiful artworks as bronzes, wax, medals, ivories, seals and textiles etc.

The Museum extends over three floors of the building, on the ground floor you can admire the courtyard and Michelangelo ´s room with the scultures of Buonarroti, Cellini, etc. On the first floor we find the Donatello´s room with his most famous works of art, the collections in maiolica of Luca della Robbia, and others artworks; on the top floor we find the collection of masterpieces of Andrea e Giovanni della Robbia and the rooms dedicated to the bronce scultures, the medal collection and the weapons collection. Nowadays the building is also use as a theatre, for dances, classic music, contemporary and of author, however if it is of you interest, you will have the opportunity to participate in events organized during the period of your choice.

If you like to travel, you can visit other beautiful Italian’s citys as Milan, Venice and Rome, easily reachable by train in a short time. If you prefer an outdoor place where to take a suntan, from Florence you can get easily to the beach. One of the closest towns to Florence is Quercianella, a beach where people who prefer rocks, the green, and a Crystalline sea will fit their needs, quiet, and convenient to get to by train. For those who like sports, it is also suitable to do scuba diving thanks to the wonderful sea. For those who love the boat sailing instead, there is a secure sea harbor with a dock for the boats. Part of this beach is public and the other part is private where you can find anything needed. Here you can also find a pool with salty water for the children who can not swim.

Other beaches, not far away to city, are Follonica and Castagneto Carducci, perfect for a relaxing and fun stay.
